We joined the Better World Club in August, just as our AAA membership was about to expire. Within a week we managed to lock ourselves out of our car at a truck stop in a tiny town just off I-81 in Virginia. I called the toll-free number about 6:40 p.m. I received a call back on the payphone 12 minutes later advising that help was on the way. At 7:20 the tow truck arrived and the young man opened our car (with its automatic locks) in seconds. I want to commend Better World Club for this first-class service. Together with their environmentally friendly policies (unlike AAA) this is definitely a winning combination.
