Bicycle Membership Benefits:

Bicycle Only membership does not include coverage for your automobile or motorcycle. Bicycle services can be added to any of our Auto Programs for just $17.00. Bicycle members who also have our auto coverage do not receive membership in the League of American Bicyclists or any associated benefits.

Service Coverage:

Bicycle roadside assistance covers up to 30 miles of transportation in total (per covered member) per annual membership program.

Covered Members:

Associate members can be added to the Bicycle membership of a primary member (up to 4 cyclists in total) by upgrading to a Plus membership for only $17. Eligible associates include spouses or domestic partners and dependent children under age 25 that are living at home or at school.

Service Calls:

A Bicycle membership for a single individual covers that individual for two service calls per membership year. Bicycle Plus memberships are eligible for four bicycle service calls that are to be shared by all of the individuals listed on a membership.

"Towing"

If you're in need of emergency assistance on your bicycle, simply call the emergency roadside assistance number provided in your membership materials. A service provider from our network will be dispatched to transport you and your bicycle to your desired destination.

"Locked Out"

Because we cannot without a doubt verify ownership of a bicycle rendered immobile by lock, we will not dispatch service to free it. However, if you independently arrange service to free a locked bike, you may submit a claim for reimbursement for up to $50.

"Flat Tire"

If your bicycle is rendered immobile as the result of a flat tire, we will not deliver you new equipment. We can, however, dispatch a service provider with commonly available tools upon request.
