Smart Usage Reduces Membership Fees and Prevents Wasted Calls
Each member receives four service calls annually. There are situations where you may be encouraged to "waste" a call.
1. Let's say you recently had your vehicle repaired and it breaks down due to the original problem. The repair facility is responsible for incurring the expense to have your vehicle towed to their location--even though the repair facility may tell you to use your membership. There may be conditions that necessitate the use of your membership (such as your safety or the repair facility being closed), but only you can determine the situation.
2. In the unfortunate event you are involved in an accident with another vehicle, it is important to determine who is at fault. If it is not you, the other driver and his/her insurance company are legally responsible. Be aware of your rights.
